This painting is based on a portion of Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel ceiling painting.

The painting session took place in Washington Square park, New York City, August 23rd, 2009 as I mentioned in this post.

After the painting was done, we did a photo shoot in Washington Square and the surrounding area.
